At last night’s debate, during a discussion of immigration, Donald Trump said:
“We have to keep the drugs out of our country. We have some bad hombres here and we’re going to get them out.”
Within minutes of that remark, Twitter and Facebook began lighting up with ridicule for the Orange Menace, and this morning the hashtag #BadHombres is one of the top trending topics on Twitter. Here’s some of the best postings so far:
I think it's terrific that Donald has learned Spanish since the last debate. Very culturally sensitive. #badhombres #debatenight

"Bad Hombres" sounds like a Quentin Tarantino thriller starring Danny Trejo and Josh Brolin. #DebateNight #BadHombres

I'd like to take this moment and dissuade any and all white dudes who are getting ready to be #BadHombre for Halloween. Just don't #ASdebate

Trump just said he would look at the election results and decide then if he would accept them. That's the definition of a #BadHombre

As a Mexican-American boy who transitioned into a trans woman I've been both a #BadHombre and a #NastyWoman

So, Donald, while you may have thought it was cute and catchy to use the term “bad hombre,” it only further cemented what the vast majority of us already knew: You’re a gigantic douchenozzle with tiny hands who is gonna lose by a country mile on November 8.
