This video was uploaded September 12, 2014 to YouTube. It details another case of police officer harassment.

A man decided to record police conducting an SWAT?exercise in his own?neighborhood. The man was concerned because he heard them use a flash bang grenade and drove over to investigate.

He started filming the officers from across the street on a public sidewalk and they noticed him. Two?officers walk over and start to question why he’s recording them. They ask him for ID and he refuses. That’s when the mind games begin.

They try everything to get him to answer their questions. Many people would simply comply, because the police pose questions as orders. A disturbing number of Americans would even defend the police in this video.

Police officers know you don’t have to provide ID to them or even talk to them, but they will lie in order to compel you to give up your rights. They practice pressure and intimidation tactics and they take great pride in break down “suspects” a.k.a average citizens who don’t know their rights.

Watch this video and understand that the only thing you have to say if you are not inside a motor vehicle to a police officer is either “I don’t answer questions” or “I choose to remain silent.” The police may still arrest you, but that’s when you contact the ACLU. Make sure you record video if possible or at least audio of the illegal arrest.

The police will have to wake up and realize that this is a new day and age, we the people will not be pushed around by uniforms and scared into violating our own rights.

I personally think the police provide a valuable service, but I think it’s important to remind them that they are servants and we are their bosses. Exposing their wrong doing is the only way we can change their police officer harassment culture.

Here is the video.
