A couple of months ago, Donald Trump made a big deal out of some NFL players kneeling during the playing of the national anthem to protest racial inequality in America. But as it turns out, Trump doesn’t even know the words of the anthem he claims to love so damn much.
At Monday night’s national championship game between Alabama and Georgia, Trump was introduced and took the field along with ROTC members. The anthem was played. And it quickly became clear that Trump didn’t know most of the words:
