Glenn Beck Attacks John Kasich For Staying In GOP Race: ‘You Son Of A B*tch!’

Thanks to the victory by Ohio Governor John Kasich in his home state on Tuesday, current GOP front-runner Donald Trump may not acquire the necessary delegates for a first ballot victory at the Republican convention in July. That would mean a contested convention, where anything can happen.

But not everyone is pleased with what Kasich managed to achieve in the Ohio primary. Wacko broadcaster Glenn Beck is convinced that Kasich’s remaining in the race is a danger to the GOP, and on his show Wednesday, Beck attacked Kasich, remarking:

“Kasich, I mean, excuse my language, but, you son of a bitch, the republic is at stake. This is not like a normal race. The republic is at stake.”

Beck, it should be noted, is a supporter of Texas Senator Ted Cruz, which isn’t surprising when you consider that both of them are more than slightly deranged and disliked by nearly everyone who comes into contact with them for more than five seconds.

The Beckster also thought the confetti drop at Kasich’s victory celebration Tuesday night was a bit much:

“When I saw that confetti come down on his head last night, I was like, ‘What did you win?’ That’s like confetti coming down when I go to the bathroom and I flush my toilet and it works,Of course, it’s supposed to work. This is your home state. You just won your home state.”

Glenn Beck’s real fear is one we can all identify with: He’s afraid Donald Trump will win the GOP nomination. Though as far as I’m concerned, if it destroys the GOP in the process, I’m all in favor of that outcome. But Beck isn’t, and he doesn’t think a third party is a viable alternative:

“If  you put this together and it was an incredible third party, not establishment, an incredible third party, and said, ‘We’re not going to be the GOP anymore,’ I think you get a lot of independents voting for it. Because the GOP, especially if the GOP throws their weight behind Donald Trump, if he wins the nomination and they throw their weight behind Donald Trump, it’s over.”

Go ahead and weep for us, Glenn. At least that’s mildly entertaining.
