I know some of you may be surprised to hear this, but someone on Republican presidential nominee’s Donald Trump campaign has lied. Frankly, I’m wondering if they even know how to tell the truth.
Katrina Pierson is a Trump surrogate who has obviously taken lying classes from the master. She has now said that liberals are literally beating people at rallies. She actually said:
“[Voters] are tired of seeing left-wing reporters literally beat Trump supporters into submission for supporting policies they don’t agree with. It just shuts them down and that’s not what they’re seeing in this campaign.”
Apparently, she has forgotten about all of the violence at Trump rallies. Trump supporters have been causing violence during the whole campaign. Donald Trump even supports violence at the rallies.
He once said:
“I thought it was very, very appropriate. He was swinging. He was hitting people. And the audience hit back. And that’s what we need a little bit more of. Now, I’m not talking about just a protester. This was a guy who should not have been allowed to do what he did. And frankly, if you want to know the truth, the police were very, very restrained.”
Trump supporters are getting more and more threatening at the rallies. The Donald has declared “war” against the media, so the members of the press keep getting threatened.
I don’t know how Pierson could lie that hard and keep a straight face. She still does it somehow. This is by far not the first time she has lied for Trump.
She actually said that President Barack Obama started the war in Afghanistan.
Apparently, she thinks she is a food expert was well. When talking about Brexit, she said:
“At the end of the day, this is about the people. And you see people all over the world who are tired of being told what to do, how to do it, how much money you can make, what you can and can’t eat. Enough is enough, and Brexit is just the beginning.”
When talking about Trump’s Muslim ban, she said:
“I know the news media was reporting that the initial ban was against all Muslims, and that simply was not the case … It’s only a change if you knew what the ban was to begin with.”
There are plenty of other dumb things she has said. I guess she learned how to lie from The Donald.
