Aw, jeez, it just keeps getting creepier, doesn’t it?
You all know about Paul Manafort, the former campaign manager for Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. He was brought into the campaign last March when Trump’s original campaign manager was dumped because he was a completely unrepentant bully.
Corey Lewandowski had been Trump’s go-to guy until he was arrested for assaulting a female journalist as she tried to interview the candidate at a rally. At that point, Trump (the ever loyal boss) fired his ass and sent him on his way.
Lewandowski was replaced by Paul Manafort, who was expected to bring a sense of decorum and moderation to the campaign.
Hahahaha.
Manafort did manage to get the candidate through the convention. He helped to quiet some of Trump’s critics, and all seemed to be going relatively well.
At least until rumors of Manafort’s involvement with the Russian government became public. It turns out that Trump’s second campaign manager (you know, the one who replaced the guy who was charged with assault), had been receiving money from the Russian government in return for certain favors in regards to the situation in the Ukraine.
Yup. Donald Trump hired a guy who is in the pocket of Vladimir Putin.
Not shady at all, right?
Well, now Manafort has also been fired, following in the grubby footsteps of Corey Lewandowski. Trump claimed that Manafort resigned, but social media has other ideas.
Twitter is filled with explanations about why the one time Trump buddy has been canned. One Tweet from baby Trump Eric says:

This prompted alleged former mistress of Ted Cruz — Amanda Carpenter — to weigh in and give her unwanted two cents.

The dumpster fire that is the Trump campaign continues to smolder. Trump spokesperson Hope Hicks (she of the silent response) has refused to comment on the Manafort situation.
It’s hilarious, though, to see that Eric Trump honestly believes he can convince the public that his Daddy chose to fire Manafort so that he could focus on the difficulties facing Hillary Clinton.
Sure.
I have to be honest. I don’t think that the latest shakeup of Trump’s campaign has anything in the world to do with Clinton or her campaign or her foundation or her policies or her hairstyle.
I think it’s just because Donald Trump can’t come to terms with the fact that his butt is being kicked by a girl. He’s gonna lose and he’s gonna lose big.
It doesn’t matter who he fires or why he fires them. He’s in a big old mess of his own making and some of us are going to have fun watching him crumble.
