How wonderful to know that we all love our children. Even Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump adores children.
He loves them so much that he wants to date one of his own daughters. He respects children so very much that he has one of them running a state campaign.
Now the Boston Globe reports that Trump has hired the daughter of one of his good buddies to run his Maine campaign. The young woman is still a fresh faced college student. How optimistic!
So who is the young campaign coalitions director?
Her name is Lauren LePage and she is the daughter of a man who is so offensive that he could brag about out Trumping the Orange Man himself.

Governor Paul LePage of Maine is famous for his racism, his profanity, his violent rhetoric, and his general lack of manners. As a life long New England resident, I can tell you that even for the hardy souls of Maine this guy is offensive.
So what’s the story on LePage? Just how awful is he? Let’s see.
There’s the time that the Governor claimed the majority of drug dealers arrested in his state are Black or Hispanic. He said this in spite of the fact that the 2015 U.S. Census revealed 94.9 percent of the state as white.
There’s also the fact that the Governor recently left a voice message for a political rival threatening his life and blistering the airwaves with shockingly profane language.
LePage is known in most liberal circles as a Tea Party idiot. He was once humiliated on Maine Public Radio by a constituent who had to explain how the state’s Medicaid policies work.
LePage is a bully, a boor, an ignorant fool who pretends to be smarter than everyone else. He is despised by the state’s educated voters and reviled by its press.
He’s Donald Trump’s only political ally in Maine.
Now Trump has hired LePage’s totally inexperienced child to run his state campaign.
What could possibly go wrong?
