NEW: Mike Pence Proves Himself To Be Completely Deplorable (VIDEO)

When Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton called half of her opponent’s voters “deplorable,” the Republican world went bonkers.

Oh, the horror! Oh, the pain! The hurt, hurt boo-boo feelings!

Sigh. Republicans have a very short memory, apparently. They didn’t bat an eye when Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump called his rivals “weak,” “low energy,” “crooked,” or “dishonest.” They were perfectly happy with their guy referring to Democratic voters as “crazy” and “thugs.”

Oh, the double standards….

Now Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence has made this entire hurt feelings charade even more ludicrous.

The Huffington Post reports that when CNN’s Wolf Blitzer asked Pence if KKK Grand Wizard David Duke could be called a “deplorable” supporter of Trump, the candidate was hesitant.

Can you believe that?

David Duke, the famous white supremacist, the man who leads the modern Ku Klux Klan. Who in the world could possible be considered more deplorable than this guy?

Mike Pence refused to say it, though. At first he tried to simply avoid Blitzer’s question. He replied to the query this way:

“I’m not really sure why the media keeps dropping David Duke’s name. Donald Trump has denounced David Duke repeatedly. We don’t want his support and we don’t want the support of people who think like him.”

This, of course, ignores the fact that when David Duke first came out to endorse Trump, the sneaky candidate denied knowing anything about Duke. Turns out they had already met.

Blitzer pushed Pence, though, asking,

Well, you’d call him deplorable?

Mike Pence’s reply was absolutely laughable. The man who stands side by side with the world’s foremost name caller said:

“No, I’m not in the name-calling business.”

Really?

Mike Pence must spend hours every night trying to shower off the stink of standing beside Donald Trump.

Here’s the truth. If we look at the definition of “deplorable”, we find this, from dictionary.com:

      1. causing or being a subject for grief or regret;lamentable:

      2. causing or being a subject for censure, reproach,or disapproval; wretched; very bad:

If David Duke is not deplorable, then no one is. In this CNN interview, Mike Pence showed himself to be a spineless shadow of his bigoted, nasty, big mouthed boss.
In fact, I’d have to say that based on this interview, Mike Pence himself is pretty damned deplorable.
