It’s no secret that there’s no love lost between Dallas Maverick’s owner Mark Cuban and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. Cuban has made numerous appearances denouncing Trump and singing the praises of his rival, Hillary Clinton. Cuban even went so far as to insinuate that a Trump victory would have negative economic impact. Last week on Fox Business, Cuban stated that:
“in the event Donald wins, I have no doubt in my mind the market tanks.”
Trump’s Revenge
The Donald, it appears, wasn’t going just to let Mark Cuban slide. On Friday, he made an appearance on Fox Business to speak with Maria Bartiromo. He proceeded to make a very bold claim about Mark Cuban’s intelligence:
“Well, I know Mark, and you know the problem with Mark is, he’s not smart enough to understand what we’re doing. He’s really not smart enough.”
The republican nominee went on to talk about how he and Cuban were at one point amiable, with Cuban reaching out to him “all the time.” He took a few more shots at Cuban and spent the rest of the interview going over his views on the economy.
Cuban Wages Twitter War
Mark Cuban then took the spat to Twitter, calling out Donald Trump’s economic plan as “jibberish.”

Cuban then issued the nominee a challenge. He promised to offer $10 million to the charity of Trump’s choice in exchange for a 4-hour interview on his policies. He even sweetened to pot by saying that Donald could keep the check himself if he needed the money that badly:

Cuban ended his barrage with one of Trump’s gems: “What do you have to lose?”
No response from the candidate about whether he would accept the offer or not. Perhaps he didn’t have time? Trump did, however, have time to harass the New York Times and call out former Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
