Well with the second presidential debate done and dusted, Twitter has once again provided the platform for some very funny and candid reactions.
The first noticeable thing about the highly anticipated debate was the fact that the candidates walked out and refused to shake hands. CNN Tweeted the moment here:
The #nohandshake moment as Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton greeted each other at the debate https://t.co/pZwSaeFVNj https://t.co/oaEymtqGqT

This hashtag #nohandshake was quickly trending on Twitter with many people commenting:
I wouldn't touch his hand either. ..he's grabbin genitals #nohandshake

You wouldn't shake that hand either.

The debate was highly anticipated due to the Trump Tapes that were released over the weekend. These tapes revealing further evidence for what we already have known about him all along, that he is a man who utterly degrades and demeans women.
The only response to the attacks on Trump’s inexcusable behavior, seems to be to point the finger at Bill Clinton. This did not go unnoticed on Twitter either:
Eric Trump is "really proud" of his dad for not bringing up Bill Clinton's sex scandals in the first debate https://t.co/Fcd5r2fxLm pic.twitter.com/6DV55wPdQW
— Talking Points Memo (@TPM) September 28, 2016
Is he still proud?
Trump is a serial philanderer, his sex scandals and divorce were front page news. But now they want to talk about Bill Clinton?

Has anyone told Trump that Bill Clinton is not actually running for president?
There are no Hillary Clinton sex scandals. There are Bill Clinton sex scandals and Donald Trump sex scandals.

It seems that Trump acts like he is in the third grade. When he is caught out for saying the most revolting things about women on tape, all he can do is point his finger at someone else and say “Yeah, but he did something bad too!”
This is not accountability. Sure he said a forced sorry, sure some Trump fans don’t seem to care how disgusting the things he says really are, but anyone can see that this tape is precisely indicative of the type of man that Donald Trump really is.
Trump was also criticized on Twitter again for never answering his given question:
The final question was unexpected and it asked the candidates to each say something positive about the other. This tweet says it all:
Omg that last question just turned this debate into couples therapy. #DebateNight

The mood suddenly did change. After a no handshake start to the debate, along with jail threats and character assassinations, it was very odd to hear them both suddenly compliment each other.
Finally the ‘reality TV’ aspect of the Trump campaign was pointed out once again. This tweet putting it like this:
This episode of Jerry Springer is pretty crazy #debates
