Donald Trump won the Presidency partly because he managed to convince his deepest fan base that he is a good Christian white man who will put them and their interests first.
In other words, Donald Trump won the Presidency partly because he spoke to something in the hearts of the white supremacist, neo-Nazi movement.
They listened to his rants and they took him at his word. They fully believed that by electing Trump, only the interests of white Christians would be represented in the White House.
How sad is that?
If you had any doubt at all that Trump’s supporters believed him to be a fellow traveler on the white Christian bandwagon, all you have to do is look at the rage and hatred that he stirred up with a recent tweet.
No, it wasn’t the tweet where he inexplicably declared that its time to beef up our nukes. Nope, that one didn’t upset his fan base at all.
The United States must greatly strengthen and expand its nuclear capability until such time as the world comes to its senses regarding nukes

It wasn’t the tweet where he bragged about the very “nice” letter he got from Vladimir Putin, either. Trump fans have no problem with his kissing some Russian butt.
No, what shook the hearts and so-called minds of Trump’s minions was this seemingly innocent tweet:
Happy #Hanukkah pic.twitter.com/UvZwtykV1E
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 24, 2016
The alt-right (meaning the racist, xenophobic, anti-semitic hateful nazis) just about exploded. They felt betrayed by the very idea of their Lord and Master extending a hand to anyone from the world of “others.”
Their true spirit of hateful spite came out as they responded to the Tweet.
You better be fucking kidding me! I voted for you and you saidyou were a "good christians" and we dont support satanic jews

When the Trump people try to claim that they aren’t racist or anti-semitic, they are lying through their crooked teeth.
The people who feel betrayed by a simple holiday tweet are proof of what kind of hateful bigots make up a huge part of the Trump fan base.
And by the way, an aside to KellyAnne Conway. Yes, Ms. Conway, you and your team certainly did provide a platform for white supremacists to have their say. If you don’t believe me, follow your boss’s Twitter feed.
