Not so long ago, Alaskan airhead Sarah Palin compared Wikileaks founder Julian Assange to Osama bin Laden and the Taliban. But now that Assange has appeared on Hannity and spread his lies far and wide on the Fox News airwaves, she’s changed her mind: Assange is a good guy by her.
After she saw Hannity’s interview with Assange Tuesday evening, Palin went on social media and wrote:
“The Left having been oh-so-guilty of atrocious actions and attitudes of which they’ve falsely accused others.
“The media collusion that hid what many on the Left have been supporting is shocking. This important information that finally opened people’s eyes to democrat candidates and operatives would not have been exposed were it not for Julian Assange.
“I apologize for condemning Assange when he published my infamous (and proven noncontroversial, relatively boring) emails years ago.”
Yes, Assange, whom Palin once derided as “an anti-American operative with blood on his hands,” is now A-OK with her. Proving yet again that Republicans are beholden to the Putin and his personal henchmen, i.e. Julian Assange, who is still holed up in the Ecuadorian embassy because he’s reportedly fond of drugging and raping unwitting women.
