Shocking Realization: Trump Might Be Right About This Voter Fraud Thing

I am no fan of President Donald J. Trump.

I was one of the nasty women and men all crammed together at the huge rally in Washington the day after the big guy was sworn in as President.

Naturally, I have laughed as hard as any intelligent person as I’ve listened to President Trump insisting that he should have won the popular vote. He keeps whining that there were millions of “illegal voters.”

Like everyone else, I know that there is not one shred of evidence that there was any voter fraud in the November election. None.

Nevertheless, Trump is demanding a “major investigation” into his make believe story.

Oh, those darn dead people who keep coming back to life just to vote Democrat. We all know about the Zombies for Hillary…

But there is one part of Trump’s fantasy that appears to be true. It seems that there truly are many people who are registered to vote in two states.

In fact, we’ve already found three of them! And they were right there under the President’s own nose, of all places.

Number one on the list is Tiffany Trump, the invisible but still related biological daughter of the President himself. It seems that the young woman went to college in Philadelphia, so she was registered to vote in Pennsylvania. But her home is really in New York City, where she cast her ballot last November (presumably for her Dad, but who knows?) She is registered to vote in (gasp) two different states.

Next in line we have Steven Mnuchin, President Trump’s choice to head the Treasury Department. Mnuchin used to live in New York, back when he was raking in millions through foreclosed mortgages. He is still listed on the New York City voting rolls, although he last voted there in 2008. Now the billionaire lives in California, where he can enjoy the fruits of his labor in a sunny setting. He’s registered to vote in BelAir, California as well as in New York.

And last we have Mr. Steve Bannon, the king of the white nationalists. Trump’s key advisor was registered to vote in both New York City and in Florida. The Florida address turned out to be an empty house that had once been occupied by Bannon’s ex-wife. He was registered in both places at the time of the election last November.

So, there you go.

As much as it pains me to write these words…

Donald Trump was right when he said that a lot of people are registered to vote in two states.

Where he is wrong is in thinking that amounts to voter fraud.

See, its legal to be registered in more than one place. It’s just not legal to vote in more than one place.

What a dunce.
