Jessa Duggar Posted Photos Of Her Visit To ‘Noah’s Ark,’ And Got Harshly Mocked Online

You’ve probably heard of a new attraction in the state of Kentucky: It’s called Ark Encounter, and it features a replica of Noah’s Ark, which, according to the Bible, was built and utilized by Noah and his family to escape the flood which God sent to destroy life on earth.

Jessa Duggar, one of the members of the now-disgraced Duggar clan, which gained fame and fortune with their reality show, “19 Kids and Counting,” got a preview of the Ark Encounter and excitedly posted a photo on Instagram along with this message:

“In one week, Ark Encounter will be open to the public!”

Not long after that posting, other members of the online community began mercilessly mocking Duggar. Here’s some of the comments:

“What did they feed the lions and alligators back in the day? Were bug species brought on? Just curious.”

Another person wondered about the smell on the ark with so many animals aboard:

“I didn’t see very many windows. I bet it smells pretty ripe in there after a while. What did they do with all that poo, so many questions…”

And another critic pointed out that the $100 million spent building the theme park could have been used in other, more Christian ways:

“How stupid and what a [waste] of resources that could be used to help others. How Christian of you, talking good building supplies, money, and time and then create a stupid boat when there is thousands of homeless people in our country.”

Memo to Jessa Duggar: Next time you visit Ark Encounter, keep it to yourself. Otherwise, get ready for the ridicule which will accompany your inane online postings.
