On Friday, Pres. Donald Trump met with survivors of the Parkland, Florida high school massacre before heading over to Mar-a-Lago to get his boogie on.

via HuffPo:
A photo posted on Instagram captured the first couple sitting down and chatting while people socialized around them in a luridly lit room of Trump’s resort.
“Please take note that the President did NOT dance,” Instagram user Sean Bianca wrote before the photo was removed later Saturday and her Instagram account was switched to private. “He and the First Lady were there for a short time but neither was dancing around as one should have expected. Their mood was somber and they were there for a very short time.”
Trump and his wife, Melania, went to Broward Health North hospital in Pompano Beach, Florida to meet with some of the survivors of Wednesday’s mass shooting (where he gave a big grin and thumbs up), also stopping at the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.
We screengrabbed the Instagram post before it was taken down.
Trump and Melania are circled in the photo below to make it easier for everyone to zone in on them.
His attendance at the party was confirmed on Facebook (later removed) by David Lloyd Merrill, a prominent Florida bankruptcy attorney.
“So the president did arrive,” wrote Merrill, who attended the bash after hearing Trump would attend. “I couldn’t meet him or speak but was about 3’ away. Super cool no matter what your political affiliation!”
Yeah, super cool…
Here’s the “did NOT dance” comment (stupid).
That marks Trump’s 53rd day at Mar-a-Lago, which is situated a convenient 40 miles north of the high school where Nikolas Cruz slaughtered 17 people and wounded more than a dozen others. But hey. Trump did say he won’t be playing golf because of the massacre.
The president will not be golfing on this sunny Saturday in Palm Beach.
White House wants to respect the dead and the mourners, I’m told. Mar-a-Lago is only about half an hour from the site of the Parkland school shooting, and memorial services continue.

I guess clubbing is OK in his book, though.
In case you wonder what all the fuss about a Studio 54-themed party is about, here’s a video.
